Job Description:

BCubed Engineering Corporation is actively hiring highly motivated, mission-oriented Project Manager in Warrenton, VA with strong backgrounds supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives. Project Managers will work closely with senior leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Strong Candidates Will Meet the Following Qualifications:

Bachelor’s and 2+ years supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers
Demonstrated familiarity with a variety of federal government contract types to include CPFF, FFP, and T&M
Demonstrated experience effectively balancing multiple efforts simultaneously to successful completion with limited direction
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Active TS//SCI Clearance or SCI eligible.

Highly Desired:

The ability to look across projects and programs to identify synergies, push customer collaboration, and drive mission development
Demonstrated ability to work with technical teams and translate requirements
Capture management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
