Internship Program Overview
BCubed’s Summer Internship Program is a hands-on experience in which interns work full-time on real projects, with competitive pay, and alongside experienced software professionals.
As a BCubed intern, you will be put on a team with full-time engineers to work on a real project and assigned a mentor to act as a guide and resource for your learning experience. Over the summer, you will be given periodic presentations to round out your understanding of industry technologies, including the basics of Git and Linux as well as modern software such as Docker and Kubernetes. At the end of the summer, interns will reflect on the work they did and the skills they developed with a final presentation to the company. On the way, you will participate in BCubed’s unique culture of mutual improvement and lifelong learning, and hopefully you’ll eat plenty of snacks along the way!
Program highlights:
- Software and/or DSP engineering work on real projects
- Mentorship and work experience with full-time engineers in a small company

Expectations for interns:
- A strong grasp on the fundamentals of programming
- The ability to commute to our office in Warrenton, VA
- Enrollment in a degree or program in computer science, electrical or computer engineering, or a related field
- A willingness to learn new things
- A passion for technology and engineering!
