2026 Summer Internship

Company Overview

Founded in 2015, BCubed Engineering Corporation is a software and engineering firm with a focus on the Intelligence, Department of Defense, and commercial sectors implementing signal processing, image processing, and machine learning applications.

BCubed Engineering’s main values are that we are engineer focused, end-user geared, and we strive to maximize value. At our core, we are engineers who thrive in an environment designed to foster creativity and innovation. We always focus on the end-user, ensuring that our solutions make a real difference for those who use them. By combining top-tier commercial tools with open-source technologies, we deliver maximum value to our customers.

As an intern, you’ll be part of a team that values your contributions and supports your growth every step of the way. We strive to ensure our employees and interns remain happy, comfortable, and motivated.

Internship Program Overview

Each intern is assigned to a project and introduced to the leadership structure on the first day. These are real projects, so all your hard work will make a tangible impact on the company. Each intern will also be assigned a mentor, who will be a full-time employee of BCubed. The mentor will provide you oversight, guidance, and a place to begin getting to know the rest of the company.

Throughout the summer, interns will execute tasking on assigned projects as dictated by the team lead. Expectations are to learn new technologies and understand the architecture and code base of the project. This is a great opportunity to put research and learning skills to the test. There will be a number of group events, including presentations by BCubed employees that will help round out technical perspectives, as well as team lunches and other office social events.

At the end of the summer, interns will give a presentation on what was accomplished and learned over the internship.
